400g strong white flour, 100g semolina, 2 tsp salt, 1tbsp sugar, 320g water, 1tsp yeast
I use the bread maker, so I just put all the ingredients in the bowl and set it for French Bread Dough. When it is ready (about 4 hours later) I make a loaf and let it rise covered with cling film and a wet tea towel for about 4 hours, on a baking stone.
I preahet the oven at maximum temperature and then I put the bread in. I set the temperature at 230 degrees and bake the loaf for 45 minutes.
