CHOCOLATE DIRT POT




3 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of corn flour
3 tbsp of castor sugar
1 ½ mugs of milk (450ml)
1 large egg
small knob of butter
dark chocolate (75g)
packet of double chocolate cookies
fresh sprigs of mint
jelly worm sweets

RECIPE
put   your pan on the scale, add the milk, cocoa,sugar, egg and corn flour. Mix with a hand blender. Transfer the pan to the hob and cook stirring on a gentle heat. Once the mixture has thickened add the  broken up dark chocolate and the knob of butter.
blitz up the cookies into a fine crumb using a blender or by hitting it in a sandwich bag with a heavy object.
layer the  chocolate mixture and the biscuit crumb into a glass tumbler, finishing with the soil.
decorate with some fresh mint sprigs and a couple of jelly worms.
