Super Easy No Butter No Eggs Chocolate Sponge

Italy is my Daughter's subject at school just now. So I decided to bake some very Italian chocolate ice cream cupcakes in a cone! The Italian flags give the finishing touch... her school friends loved them!





250g flour
200g sugar
100g cocoa
Organic grated orange zest
250 ml milk
3 teaspoon of baking powder
icing sugar

Mix cocoa, sugar and flour. When well blended add the baking powder and grated orange rind. Then the milk enough to make a soft dough to work with the spatula (in my case 250ml or so).
Pour into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased (24-28cm diameter, but I think you can pick any number of formats).
Bake at 180 ° C for half an hour.
