80 g refreshed Natural Yeast
250 gr flour 00
8 g salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
180 g milk (or soy milk)
Mix the refreshed natural yeast with the olive oil, flour, salt and a bit of milk
Add the milk slowly to achieve a soft dough, elastic and smooth.
Once ready, put it in a bowl and let it rest for an hour or so or so.
Then take the dough and divide it in 4/5 pieces
Roll out with a rolling pin to obtain a thin discs.
The bake on a hot pan on both sides for a few minutes, making holes with a fork
