Ritz - best crackers ever!



Ingredients

120 g self rising flour
8g sugar
1 pinch of salt
45g butter
15g sunflower seed oil
50g water
1 tbsp melted butter
cracked sea salt



Description

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt, oil and butter until you have a crumble. Add the water slowly until you have a soft and smooth dough.

Roll the dough very thinly on a floured work top then cut the crackers to your desired shape.

Prick with a fork.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 10 minutes. As soon as they are out ofthe oven brush them with little melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
