Habanero Sauce - Vanda's recipe from Lu




Ingredients

1tsp olive oil
2 big carrots, cubed
2 medium tomatoes, cubed
1/4 onion, cubed
3 habaneros
2 tbs vinegar


Heat up the olive oil, add the onions and carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, habaneros, a little water and salt and cook for about 20 minutes. Blend and add the vinegar.

Keep in the fridge for up to a week or freeze in cubes
