Avocado Brownies - Dairyfree


Ingredients: 

1 medium ripe avocado, mashed
¼ cup sunflower oil
1 large egg
1 cup orange juice
½ cup dark brown soft sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ cup self raising flour
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation


Preheat oven to 180C.

Line an 20x20 cm  baking pan with baking paper.

Combine avocado, oil, egg, orange juice, sugar and extract in a food processor; mix well. 

Add cocoa powder, salt, and flour to the avocado mixture and mix well.

Add chocolate chips; mix briefly until blended.

Pour batter into prepared pan; spread to make even.

Bake for 33 to 36 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool for an hour before removing from pan. Cut into squares.
