Courgette and Ham Muffins

2 eggs
100 g plain yogurt
6 tablespoons olive oil
180 g all purpose flour
180 g chopped Gouda or Cheddar cheese
100 g cooked ham into small cubes
1 grated courgette
salt, pepper, nutmeg, to taste
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Mix eggs, olive oil and plain yogurt   Add flour sifted with baking powder, salt and nutmeg, pepper and mix. Add  the cheese, cooked ham, grated courgette and mix well. 
Divide the mixture evenly among muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Let cool and serve.
