Sacla' Students Cookery School and TwoMamas

Sacla’ recruited students in London, Swansea, Manchester, Glasgow and Bristol to take part in a series of pop-up cookery classes in their local area. 

Students were taught how to cook a selection of simple economical Italian inspired dishes, turning them into Italian master chefs in their Halls of Residence.

All the recipes were developed by London chef Lorna Wings and taught by 5 different Italian Mamas across the country. TwoMamas were chosen by Sacla' to be their representatives in Scotland.
