Spaghetti ai frutti di Mare - Quick and Easy Seafood Spaghetti
Bring a big pot of water ( 2 to 3 l of water) to the boil. Add 2 tbsp of coarse sea salt.
In the meantime in large non stick pan heat up 4 or 5 tbsp of olive oil then add 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp of chopped flat parsley and 1 fresh chopped chili pepper.
Stir fry for a minute or so then add half a pack of frozen mix seafood.
Stir fry for about 5 minutes and then add half a glass of white wine. Keep the flame of your hob high and let the white wine evaporate. Add 4 tbsp of Sacla Tomato and Garlic stir-in sauce and mix.
Your sauce is ready.
Boil your spaghetti, about 80g per portion.
When you are just about ready to drain your spaghetti, heat up the sauce on a high flame, drain your pasta and quickly toss it into the sauce.
Serve at once.
